Misc router problems

I have a Belkin N wireless router and everything connects fine with my DSi and my Wii but when i try to play over WIFI i can never connect to the other person and always get an error code

i can connect to WFC but cant play with any one i'll try and find out the error code i get from animal crossing

Is the WiFi in WEP mode? The Wii and DSi can use it, but on the DSi (in games), it uses WEP.
