i've had no luck after manually patching removing the first 1000 bytes (000~FFF) using code with romfs dumps me to launcher, using romfs alone gives me a glitched black screen (10.1 o3DS)

Did anyone already test to rom hack Animal Crossing New Leaf?
After repack the romfs and place the code the game freezes when is about to show the Animal Crossing logo, I can even see the random neighbour.
I've tried to repack the romfs without making any changes to the file system and I get the same problem.

I've tried NSMB2, but the screen turns black soon after the game says "loading".

I've gotten music swapping working.
Process is:
1. Extract files from a clean romfs, it hasn't been scrubbed yet
2.Replace the files.
3. Rebuild the romfs THEN scrub the romfs and copy it to hans folder on the root of your sd.

So far, I've replace 5 or so songs, however the game locks up at character select. No DLC, Update data, completely clean. I've only tested on o3ds so It may be a problem with Exclusive mode causing the 3ds to lock up. Maybe using it on n3ds will work.

In the process of rebuilding the romfs, did you rebuild every file of the game or just the sound files?
Hans crashes to me when loading Alpha Sapphire... That's what I've done:
- extracted romfs
- created a bcstm file under "sound" folder of the romfs
- rebuilt only the "sound" folder with the bcstm I made (romfs/sound/songname.bcstm)
- deleted the first 1000 bytes
- renamed it in 0011C500.romfs (my Alpha Sapphire ID)
- put it in the hans folder on the root

Am I doing something wrong?

Aw so smea updated HANS to tell you whether your romfs file is valid and mine says invalid. Too bad I don't know why, just did it from scratch again.

I'm sorry if this has been asked or if this is an annoying question, but I want to randomize Pokemon X, and i dumped it with braindump. What should i do after this?
