My game's USA and I'm using that, but I am still getting said screen.

Do not try --- that can be an issue atm, it doesn't work always.

Neo Y works following my exact instructions. Note that I have the physical cart of the game, if this means any difference at all to people following it exactly don't work for.

That's what I'm trying to use, Neo Y, following your instructions pretty much, restarts to HBL.
ThemeHax on OLD 10.1.0-27U, on 2.5 ofc
I tried with oot3dhax too but didnt seem to work either.

Themehax is atm buggy. Smea said some stuff won't work with themehax.

At least I thought I had tried with both ThemeHax and oot3dhax... will try with oot again see if it works better.

Maybe that feature in particular, because with ThemeHax I can get HANS to work properly for eShop firmware spoofing and for taking screenshots in-game, and for returning to HBL.

(It is very unstable, though. Often it will hang when loading, or hang when trying to reset to HBL.)

If you want to use pk3ds to edit romfs you also should extract romfs
Add more code in run.bat
Ctrtool -p romfs --romfsdir=romfs --decompresscode romfs.bin
Now you can use pk3ds loading folder to edit

Here is my HANS config that is working as long as you've done everything externally correctly:
Region: USA
Language --
N3DS CPU Clock: 268mhz
Code -> SD YES
Romfs -> SD YES
Save Config -> Yes

Nope, even with oot3dhax it returns to HBL after trying to load it.
I followed the instructions word-by-word.
Got 00055E00.code and 00055E00.romfs in in x:\3ds\hans\
Enabling loading of code file and romfs file, every other option left untouched (set region to USA to match my console and my game.)
Deleted Pokémon Y update files.

Neo Y full here too.

I have the NEOY Rom in .3DS file. I tried converting it to a CIA, and then extracting the files, but ctrtool just loops around and nothing is done
