I am new here and I want to know what is the best way/or what product do I need to download roms to my PS2,Ds,PSP,And Xbox? What type of product or Firmware I need to install in order to download ROMS?

Your best bet is the R4. It is a trusted company, and the card's features are awesome.

Go there, find a shop you like, and get a R4. You will also need a MicroSD card. I suggest a minimum of 1GB, 2GB prefered. All in all, it shouldn't cost you more then 60-70 bucks.

It runs on any DS, original or lite.

I gather you mean ISO files for PS2, PSP and Xbox?

For PS2 and Xbox -

Get a modchip installed in your PS2 or Xbox. (Other methods around like slide cards etc.., Modchip is best solution)
Use DVD Decryptor to obtain ISO files, or 'obtain' them from somewhere else.
Use IMGburn to burn them to a DVD.
Play game.

OR (if you have old-school PS2)

Buy network adaptor
Install IDE harddrive in your PS2 with the network adaptor
Buy HDloader or HDadvance disc.
Install original games onto the harddrive using HDloader or HDadvance.
Play games from HDD.

For PSP -

Downgrade PSP to version 1.5
Install Custom Firmware.
Rip UMDs into ISOs or 'obtain' them from somewhere else
Copy ISO files to ISO folder on your memory stick
Play games from GAMES folder on your PSP

If the Xbox has a modchip then you can use Dvd2Xbox to install the games onto the HDD in the xbox. Just thought id mention that since you left it out MC DUI.

Thats cool feel free to add anything you want, I don't own an original Xbox so I don't know all the possibilities.

My guide was meant to be very rough.

Hey About the PSP?If I buy the PSP what firmware does it have in it and what is the 3.0 version?
Also where do you buy the3 in 1 flash for the gameboy roms?

You seem to have no clue what you are talking about. Your best bet is to read some faqs at maxconsole.net for the psp.
