ROM Hack ROM (originated from dsgamemaker) not working in TWiLightMenu++

I tried loading a ROM that had originated from dsgamemaker and when I tried loading it on my 3DS using TWiLightMenu++ it wouldn't load, it would always go to a black screen and lock up. I tried using the ROM in DeSmuME and it worked just fine without any issues. Is there any fix for this?
