Hacking Rom is not a CLEAN ROM

how do i transfer the games on if im getting this error? i tried to transfer the game directly and it still doesn't work, can anybody help?

After the message, click ok, then enter your own name for the rom and click send.

That message can appear for multiple reasons.
In the sysbin directory there is a file called ROMLISTDS.txt, this contains a name and a CRC32 value for all the roms released which is updated with EZ4 Client releases.

Long story short if your rom does not have the same CR32 value i.e there exists a redump or your rom is hacked/altered in some way (I frequently tweak roms in NDSTool/NDSTS first or have trainers attached) then this message will be thrown up.
Provided you rename your rom before or after sending to the rom (if after rename the save as well) then you should be good.

As for the whitescreens some roms take about 5 seconds to load for me and check your cart is not fragmented.

PS you can edit the english.lng file in the Language directory to clean up some of the English, there also exists some versions for other languages in the wiki (linked in my signature).
