Hacking Rockband and sd card problem

hi, i have a modded wii, currently running on 3.2u firmware, and rockband runs fine with either gecko os or the gamma channel.
However, purchased songs do not get transferred to the SD card. Is there a way to do this? maybe by installing some ios's?
