Hacking Rock Band Theme Released

Here is the Rock Band Theme. Includes Binary Clock and edited Chanel borders. Did not change anyting in the Settings section. Just the Main Look and Feel. This is the NTSC version only ... Use ParseMii to convert to PAL or convert any way you want to.
