Gaming Robotics;Notes Fan translation Patch for Vita?

The Japanese version is on Vita; just not localized.
Would it be easy for someone to convert the translated text from the PS4 or Switch version of Robotics;Notes Elite and put it in the directory for the Vita game?
The same could be asked about the PS3 version.
