Riping ds game encoded video

    i would like to rip the encoded video in from the game TWEWY so that i can view it whenever i want but i don't know how! help.

    Easiest way would be use an emulator and fraps/similar.

    As for actual ripping one or two games use bink/rad video for their videos and as such can be viewed with the appropriate tools:

    This is rare though (I am 99% TWEWY does not use them) and other than that nobody has made a decoder for any other type of video.

    You might get lucky and find another of the common game video types but they have no freely available decoder.

    I'm 99% sure that TWEWY doesn't have any FMV, the cutscenes with voice acting are just created with sprites and an audio track.

    oh i thought that was encoded video like in FFCC: Echos of Time whith tons of videos! Well is there any way to make recording directly from the ds with some special program?

    The question does get asked every so often and there are three answers:
    One just emulate it. If you kill frameskip then you can speed up later on.

    Two: there is the "analog loop" option that some reviewers use.
