Homebrew Riiconnect24 vWii use?

So, I downloaded a wad of the "Everybody votes channel" for use on my vWii. However, I forgot I didn't have RC24 installed. But is it even possible to install RC24 on vWii?

Not yet. The last thing I read was a tweet from the developer team last April where they evidently plan to release a version for vWii.
