Like the title says, my right Joy-Con is not connecting to my PC. The left Joy-Con connects without any issues. The Bluetooth capabilities work fine on the actual switch, where it connects just fine. The only problem with the Joy-Con itself that I've noticed is that the LED on the side doesn't work. If anyone has a similar problem or a solution to mine, please reply

Hello, recently I bought new joy-cons and I have the same issue, the left one connects and works without any problem, and the right one very rarely connects, and even when it does, it lags like crazy, and disconnects sometimes.
I tried using different bluetooth dongles(UB400, BT40G, PA-51) but the result stays the same.

Have you found a solution or fix?

Yoooo, I fixed it!
For me worked plugging my adapter into different usb port.

My bluetooth adapter: TPlink UB400 with standard win10 drivers(not csr harmony drivers)

P.S. I haven't tested other adapters yet. So try on whatever you got.
