cIOS's are not firmware, you don't need to 'revert' it because it doesn't alter your wii, you can remove a cIOS but mostly you don't need to your Wii is in the same state it was originally. cIOS's aren't used until they are loaded so while they aren't they effect nothing.hoho said:

I'm actually not sure. I can't even remember when i last updated, must have been months ago, probably longer than half a year. It's a bit late already so I'll check it tomorrow. I think I stopped updating when I saw a newspost on wiibrew.org regarding the twilight hack being fixed with the next update.
