Alright that's what I was hoping to hear.
But as you're mentioning it ... the network client doesn't work with RetroArch since it's HID to VPAD only and RetroArch can't be launched after HID to VPAD or am I confused?
HID to VPAD and retroarch have the exact same features. Btw. you can use the switch pro controller even without the network client. Simply attach it via USB

There are two FBA cores in Retroarch WiiU, FBA 2012, which uses 0.2.97.30 romset and plain FBA, which uses 0.2.97.40 romset. I use the latest. It runs fine most roms, with the exceptions i mentioned in the other post. Anyway, i tested some games that didn't run on 0.2.97.40 with the respective roms in the older core and they also failed, so it´s better to stick with the newer romset.

Do you mean the devs, or the people funding it? There are a bunch of people who funded it (including myself).

It's up to them, but I want the bounties to go as high as they can and still be reasonable, you know? Like say Dynarec, maybe $400 dollars or even 500 if need be, money is a good incentive.

If you want Capcom vs snk 2 use Nintendont with Gamecube version.

P.S. Just for information, lately I've been using SNES core with Super Mario World and there is some minor issue with RA 1.6: if you save states too often the game and Retroarch will stop responding until I restart Wii U and the savestate file gets corrupt.

Oh my ... completely forgot about that. That means I can already enjoy it while I have to wait for my Rasp's BT dongle. Thanks Maschell! :)

Never had that issues and I use save state constantly in snes9x

I use Mocha CFW and have tried loading multiple roms with zero dsi errors.

@cucholix Capcom vs SNK is a Neogeo game it runs perfectly using the Neogeo core I play it all the time.
How did you do that? I never managed to get Neo Geo games to work.
I know I have to place the BIOS (neogeo.zip) somewhere but even that didn't work.
Placed it in my Neo Geo roms directory and the system directory (which is RetroArch's default BIOS directory as far as I know). Anything else?

All of my Neogeo roms work flawlessly since RA 1.4. Maybe try to put neogeo.zip in SD:/retroarch/cores/system directory.

There is a mistake, Capcom vs SNK never was a Neogeo game. Maybe you mean SNK vs Capcom?

I'll get paid next week, I just hope my expenses leave me some money to spare to the cause :(

Hey, don't worry too much about it, man, okay? I don't want to give the impression that people need to be obligated to pay. Do what you need to do :P

How to enable Hid to Vpad in Retroarch?
Dualshock 4 and Keyboard do not work in Retroarch, but it works on HIDtoVpad homebrew

You need set "max users" to 6 at least, 6 to 15 slots are reserved for hid controllers. Once enabled it will show your controller hid (hardware id) and you can asigning them to different players. Make sure your controller it's compatible with it.
