Hacking Retroarch Vita setup

Hi, I was just wondering why when I load retroarch.vpk I get a blank screen, nothing happens.. do I need to download cores seperately or something pleas help.

Lol, just read the whole thing, didn't help.. I launch the retroarch.vpk and get a black screen. Can somebody clue me in here lol. I downloaded the 12mb retroarch thingamabiff. 2016-12-01_retroarch is the one I'm using.

I'm not sure but I don't use the all One RA I use individual cores ( older builds) & they work perfectly

it definitely the best SNES emulator ive tried on my Vita.( i tried at 7 different RA cores ). 60fps out shines the rest for speed i'd say its perfect

Apologies for the inconvenience.

For the past few days (I only just checked today), the retroarch.vpk file was corrupted since the buildbot had a brainfart for a good while there. It has since been fixed and you can successfully use the AiO RetroArch again.
Also, for the record, the retroarch.vpk in the future SHOULD be about ~110MB in size, NOT 12.3MB as it was falsely compiled in the past.

Hello guys,may I ask a question?Does retroarch need permissions for creatin savestates on the Vita?I downloaded a vpk to fix permissions but still I cannot save with savestates...Can you help me?

    i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.
