I am (because I still like to play games I bought my Switch for), and it does work.
Nightlies should be fixed tomorrow; the buildbot had a brainfart.
Gotcha, I don’t play online much anymore so I’m not bothered by hanging back on a firmware or two. Although I’m getting my son a switch for his bday this weekend so he stays off mine. His will be for online and stay untouched.

I'm testing the 22-02-19 build, still the same issue. What build are you using?

which is best setting in Kosmos toolbox CFW, Stock, CFW (nogc), FTP+CFW, Idn_mitm+CFW, CFW+sys-netcheat or Stock+sys-netcheat for N64 or Playstation. i turn on the open album by default but i really dont know whats the options on Hekate autoboot what are each do for? Thanks

Can someone please tell me what am I doing wrong with Perfect Dark controls? Every time I move the left thumb stick forward she moves forward but is also looking at the floor, I noticed this in Goldeneye as well - is there a setting in input I can change . Many thanks ,

Okay, this has been an issue for me since 6.2.0 even. When I boot Mupen64 or Mupen64-Next I freeze after scrolling through menus for a bit led by an Atmosphere error dump.

Why does conker appear in the box at the top of the screen? I know you can get rid of it but what even is it?

Open main retroarch settings
Scroll down to Input
Scroll down to Input user 1 binds
Change the option User 1 analog to digital type to none.

There is also a setting you can change in game under controls i think.

I couldn't get the camspy gadget to display properly in game also one of the levels was just showing complete darkness so i stopped playing.

How can we change the resolution when it comes to PCSX ReARMed?

I can see the option for filters but not to change resolution like what is present in the Mupen64 core.

Have played SOTN and Legend of mana with filters but now wanting to play Final Fantasy VIII but looks awful.

Cheers.

Thanks for this it worked a treat I’d already fixed it last night as you mentioned there is the same option in controls , it’s a shame it’s not fully playable thou much appreciated anyway

Do you mean the black retangle in the top left hand corner? There is a Youtuber called Jason L (Mr Homebrew) that appears to have this running without the glitches but hasn’t said how. Does anyone know how to remove the black retangle? Thanks in advance

Apparently you can get rid of it by turning on framebuffer emulation, but that slows things down.

Like @m4xw would say the problem is in front of the switch. Lol
You are doing a few things wrong. Refer back to the OP. SX is not supported and neither is the NSP. Follow this to get full access to ram. Which is also linked in the OP and is a must to get retroarch working correctly
https://gbatemp.net/threads/use-atmosphere-to-access-full-ram-with-homebrews-without-nsp.521240/
I made all strongly like in this guide, and get an error with original mupen64 and mupen64next cores, the same trouble with PSX and Saturn cores, other light cores like NES SNES megadrive GBA - works perfect.
I dont know whats wrong. On SX OX I don't get this problems all work is fine instead mupen64 - it's very slowly.
On SX OS I start RetroArch from NSP.
On Atmosphere with R button.

Can anyone tell me why PSX audio still sounds like a garbage disposal? I'm using the latest stable (1.7.6) Retroarch and the core posted by @m4xw that supports multiple audio tracks. My driver is switch_thread and audio latency is at the default 64ms. Yet I still hear audio that crackles and generally sounds like awful. I've been dealing with it but I wanted to play Tony Hawk's Pro Skater and audio is kind of necessary to the game.

I've tried playing with the audio latency but it doesnt seem to make it any better (or worse). Am I missing something?

Edit: even when paused, you can hear static in PCSX. And I cannot figure out why.

Second edit: I think I fixed it. Run a slight overclock. 1,224Mhz or 1,581Mhz seems to be best. Set audio latency to 80ms, and enable frame duping if it isn't already enabled. I still get some slight audio pops while paused, they go away while playing. Also, enabling the FPS overlay showed me that the reason I was getting awful audio was because the game wasn't running fullspeed. It was running around 50FPS, which is why I decided to try running it with an overclock.

N64 doesnt work for me either on 7.0

Everything else works except N64 just crash to atmosphere error dump

I had that too at first with atmosphere. What fixed it for me was to not load from fusee_primary.bin but with hekate it’s self. You will have to have I properly configured hekate ipl, plus patches and boot from the CFW option in hekate.
this is what my Hekate ipl looks like
Hekate ipl said:
[config]
autoboot=1
autoboot_list=0
bootwait=3
customlogo=0
verification=2
backlight=100
autohosoff=0

{ }

{ }

{-- Custom Firmwares --}
[CFW]
kip1=modules/required/loader.kip
kip1=modules/required/pm.kip
kip1=modules/required/sm.kip
kip1=modules/required/fs_mitm.kip
secmon=modules/required/exosphere.bin
kip1patch=nosigchk
fullsvcperm=1
debugmode=1
atmosphere=1
{ }

{---- Miscellaneous ---}
[Stock]
{ }

Now this is also where my knowledge falls short as I’m not even sure that I’m 100% doing it correct. But at least I can use mupen64 plus next with minimal issues and pretty much stutter free.

It would be awesome if th OP could add something about how to set up and load hekate properly without chainloading? Or @m4xw could shine a little light on what needs to be done since I know he stated he has never booted this with fusee primary? Anyone feel free to correct me if I’m wrong and/or tell us the correct way!

Thanks in advance

That worked too but as you said slows things down, it’s really slow - think I’ll hold off a while as I’ve been spoilt with a lot of the other titles running fantastically

Having problems to launch bigger than 30mb NeoGeo games with atmosphere 0.8.4 someone can confirm it?

Maybe because you've got it backwards? SX OS = start with R button.

cant split joycons permanently. even if i turn "on" split joycon #1, the setting is set to "off" when i launch a core. have tried to change the setting while core is running and save the setting. still doesnt work.

am using latest nightly build (2019-02.23). what could i be doing wrong?

How do you get fast forward to work on pcsx? I've tried vsync on/off, threaded video on/off, different run speeds, and a plethora of other options.
