Homebrew Retroarch NES and Genesis?

I have a N3DS and was wondering if Retroarch has any good NES and Sega Genesis Emulators? If yes, do they support cheats? Thoughts and help appreciated

Picodrive for genesis and quicknes for nes

Use Retroarch FCEUMM for the optimal experience on N3DS. QuickNES isn't as compatible and supports less games; there's no FDS support, for example. As for Genesis, both Picodrive and Genesis Plus GX are recommended. And yes, they both supports cheats, which need to ne downloaded from the Libretro site.
