RetroArch Mednafen Saturn Help!

Hey all

Thought Id try get back into emulation and was looking to Play some Sega Saturn games. My problem is that using the mednafen core on retroarch but it is very choppy/laggy.
I have tryed just standalone mednafen and it runs pretty much 100% but Id like retroarch to play the same i have tried the latest build and the latest nightly both with the same choppy/laggy results.

I know its not my pc Specs also.

Any Ideas on how to conquer my problem.

I have Figured it out. It was to do with the Filters I just turned them off. thanks anyway
