Hacking Retarded DSi Charger?

I got my DSi not so long ago... August 15 to be exact

And I'm beginning to doubt the charger is official.

Reasons:

Okay, I don't live in America. Where I live, the electric plugs are European. If you don't know what that is, take a look at this.

First of all, my charger is extremely short. I don't think I've seen shorter for a DSi. Like it wouldn't reach from the electric slot on the ground to my table.

Second of all. It got damaged months back. Like 2 months after I got my DSi. When I plug it into my DSi, it doesn't lite. I have to bend it kind of like this:

And I can't keep it straight:

Although I'm pretty sure the box and DSi are official. Everything looks totally normal, but a cheap charger?

kinda like my DSLite charger,the official one,I had to keep the DSLite upwards so it would charge.Few days later bought an unofficial charger for it so I didn't need to worry,been using it till today

call NINTY explain the situation and ask is it covered by your warranty and can they send you a new one for free

Mine's grey and quite long, I think yours is fake.

Offtopic: Well, if you don't live in America, why does your country flag say you do? Change it.

my dsi charger is a big gray block of plastic, with big letters on the back saying NINTENDO POWER SUPPLY.
So my charger is real, but it depends where you live. But yours is definetly fake.

Yeah, mine's light grey, says Nintendo on it and has quite a good length. I've not seen any official chargers that aren't light grey.

That is obviously fake. Nintendo NEVER abbreviates it's name on official things, like chargers. Go to the place where you bought it, or contact Ninty. They should work something out for you.

The huge N.D.S.i quite clearly means it's fake...not only do Nintendo not abbreviate on official stuff, but they don't even use dots like that normally. (It probably sounds like I'm just repeating Slyakin.)

Just an extra piece of information. A fe0 days after i got my DSi, my friend got one from the same shop same color same everything. And her charger has the EXACT same problem... ROFL?

And I got it from a really famous store. It's strange why they're giving out crappy chargers.

I hate refurbs and retarded fake copies and and.... and.... more refurbs!
