Hacking ret=-1 final option

ive tried lots to get rid of this error. ive deleted all of my ios files from 37-31 including 36 which stop hbc so i reinstalled it off ssbb. deleted 247 and 249 too. I tried the cios uninstaller. I intsalled ios16 or whatever waninkokos thing is and also ios36rev7 the only other option i see is to update to 3.4 so the firmware checker in the new wads stops catching it.(or whatever causes ret=-1) i need help to get world of goo bad.

1) Your SD card is not formatted as FAT16 properly, reformat
it
2) You deleted the file, after you selected it for install… stop
doing shit like this
3) Appears, when there is no “WAD” folder on your device
(i.e. a SD card)

ill try the first but is the second where you try to install it twice cuz i know i didnt do that its definitely not visible on my menu
