Gaming Restoring wii to factory settings

OK, so it's been a while since i've been on my wii, i have a few virtual console games which are legit and some that arent. I don't have the WADs of the illegitimate games anymore so i've decided to just wipe the factory settings.

So... by doing this, do I lose all my legit games? or can i copy those to my SD card and just copy them back after i've restored? And is there any way to tell which are legit and which are illegitimate games, as i have totally forgot! lol.
