So recently I moved all my files off my 3DS SD card for Wii U use. When I moved them back, my installed software was not visible. Data Management tells me it's corrupted. I took a look, and all the appropriate files are there and appear to be fully intact. This was just a direct copy/paste, so I'm not sure what happened. I've mounted the software folder with ninfs, and attempted to use 3ds-save-tool, but 3ds-save-tool tells me the saves are not in DISA format. Is there any way I can restore these saves? The encryption keys shouldn't have changed...
