Restoring PS4 save on PS5 with archive.dat?

I found a folder on my PC call PS4/EXPORT/BACKUP/204561201210_00/archive.dat and archive0001.dat

I think thats my save backup folder i backed up a year ago. (i changed the number abit incase it mean anything)

can anyone comfirm if thats is the save back up?

and how do i restore it? my PS5 doesnt read the files when i tried to restore

You probably need savewizard if the game save has the same PSN ID that goes with your PS4 game.
