Switch was on OFW 4.1.0 prior to using Atmosphere and I made a NAND backup prior to doing anything. Later, I enabled AutoRCM and used ChoiDuJourNX to update to 7.0.1 where I've been ever since. But now I want to move to an emuNAND setup so I want to go back to my clean slate NAND.

Question: Can I just restore the 4.1.0 NAND backup and be all set to boot? Do I have to disable AutoRCM first? Or downgrade using Choi?

You don't need to downgrade since your fuse count should match your 4.1.0 fw. Don't disable autoRCM. Just restore your clean 4.1 NAND. Boot hekate and here you have 2 options:

1) Officially update it to the latest fw (cause why not since its a clean NAND for online play) and make an emuNAND from it for cfw stuff.

2) Or if you want to leave your 4.1 OFW as is (and your low fuse count) for whatever reason, make emuNAND form it and then just mess with your emuNAND later.
