Hacking restoring NANDmin.bin a9lh

hey guys im nearly done intalling luma on my o3ds, ive been following the 3ds guide but ive got to the restoring the system part and when i boot to hourglass9 and go to sysnand backup/restore i dont have the restore from nandmin.bin option just sysnand backup, sysnand restore (keep a9lh), health&safety dump, health&safety inject.
the guide says to Restore from NANDmin.bin, but i dont have that option do i just click sysnand restore (keep a9lh)?

Use Sysnand Restore (keep a9lh), then select NANDmin.bin from the filename listing.

when i click the sysnand restore option it doesnt give me the option to choose my nandmin.bin file it says to proceed press left up right up a or b to return
