ROM Hack Restore saves after nand backup

Hi guys and girls,

Could someone offer some advice here. I recently restored a nand backup on my 3ds as i accidentally deleted some files that i shouldn't have. I have now reinstalled my games and can't figure out how to get the games to recognise my saves. I have all the saves as i backed up the sd card. Can you help? :D

Depends on how long ago the backup was made. Did you make a backup of your SD card before you deleted things? Probably not. What did you delete? Anyway, anything that you've installed on your console after you made that backup won't come back. Also if your "Nintendo 3DS" folder was deleted from the SD card before you restored the NAND your saves are gone.

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
