Well, The thing is that I forgot to make a dump of the emuNAND before downgrading to 2.1 in the OTP procces... and that emuNAND had a lot of games installed.

So, it cannot be restored, since the sysNAND was already unlinked.

Is there a way to restore it using the downgraded 2.1 NAND? Like extracting some file and reinjecting it to the other NAND?
