Hacking Restart to Hekate?

I just setup EmuMMC through Hekate and noticed that it boots much faster that Fusee, why is this?
And is it okay that I replayed the Reboot_payload.bin with hekate so to increase the booting time or does it affect some internal thingamabob?
Or it is something everybody does and i am just realising now?

Reboot_payload.bin can be used with another payload such as hekate, you need to rename the payload you want to use with it. It has been out for a while.

Hekate 5 implements a new DRAM Training solution that speeds up the time the switch takes to adjust. This way it reaches full access speeds faster than we were used to up until now.
