i played the game up to the part where you were carlos and cured jill. once you are jill again i killed nemesis when i exited from the door. then i went to the part where you were carlos and had to move that bell and exited the door as jill suddenly it freezes. everything turns black but you can hear thunder. ive been reading you can fix this by changing the game i.d but you wont be able to load the save data anymore. does anyone know how to solve this problem
