Hacking Reset/Power off GC controller problem

I'm getting a problem on the Reset/Power off GC controller combo. I tried to press them on the right order and it has no effect (while running on any gamecubegame on dios mios).

Here's the list of things.

Usb loader: Usb Loader GX r1198
Dios Mios Version: 2.2


Is there anyway to fix this (by downgrading Dios Mios)?

Enable "Patch Hook" setting.

Sure it does, just use the latest r30.
