edit: ok, now that I actually check it, yes its made by falo. I don't know if there is an updated version or not.

I'm having the same problem too, if I convert from PC to Switch without changing the Hash Algorithm it just has a new game option when loading the save on Yuzu, when I change the Hash Algorithm to Switch, it just has a black screen when loading the save on Yuzu.

edit: I got it working, looks like I was using file name GAME00.bin when it should have been GAME00.BIN. I've attached a copy of a starter save game and of a complete save game, both for Switch.
