Someone should definitely develop an application that has access to a .vpk hosting site and has a layout similar to the homebrew store for the PSP this would make package installing much more simple. Now i don't know much about the vita (technicaly) But I'm sure it's possible. (General layout idea below)

Someone tried to design one the other day. In the end no one could agree on anything so he scrapped it yesterday.

Would be brilliant. The homebrew store app for Wii was excellent. All updates from within the channel, worked great.

He should have put it on github or something. What a waste of effort, time and programming.

If i knew how to code for the vita i would develop this but sadly i don't know how to and due to lack of thorough documentation it's very confusing

As far as learning how to code just go to this website freecodecamp.com/. As far as developing for the ps vita all you have to do is go to the Henkaku website, like so https://henkaku.xyz/developer/.

that's why sometimes it's better for only one person to start the thing off and release it, even a buggy beta. :)

Completely agree look at the DS emulator for the Vita. It's buggy and slow but at least it exists and at least someone took time out of their day to create it. Mad props to all the dev's.

I'm sure a dev will see this thread and think it's a great idea.

What we need to do is have a homebrew request thread like the one for the 3DS. Once that happens things will start to get even more interesting.

Getting things organized around here should do wonders.
