Homebrew [Request] Undertale as a Homebrew app

we got Cave Story in the NXEngine as a homebrew, can we get sometime, a emulator similar to the NXEngine but with the posibility to run Undertale or simply it cannot be?

No. If it's not open source, the junk will have to be made from scratch.
