Homebrew [Request] super mario maker 3ds

Specs?
If your PC is that bad you should just use puppy linux or some other light linux distro
I can't really install anything on it. The Wifi card thing broke, and it doesn't read USBs correctly anymore. Before it broke I had downloaded Reggie!, Reggie! Next, and NSMBe. It can read SD cards, though, but only under administrator privileges can it install programs, and I forgot the password to the admin profile, so I am stuck using the other profile.

I mainly use it for NSMB/NSMBW/NSMB2 level editing.
EDIT: And save editors/hex editing

Why not make a bootable SD card?

Why not make a bootable SD card?
That requires admin privileges

So technically, with a PC, we already have Super Mario Maker 3DS:
SMB3: Edit rom with SMB3 Workshop or SMB3 Map Editor, and run it with QuickNES, or your preferred NES emulator for 3DS.
SMW: Edit rom with Lunar Magic, and run it with blargSNES (o3DS) or CatSFC (n3DS).
NSMB/NSMB2: This depends on your firmware. If below 9.3, edit the NSMB2 rom with Reggie! Next and install it as a cia. If above 9.2, or too lazy to decrypt the NSMB2 rom, then edit NSMB rom with NSMBe and run the .nds with a DS-mode flashcart.

I made a clone engine of super mario land 2 before, had the same physics as the original, goombas and koopas (including carrying shells), powerups, and vertical pipes. I had the idea of "Super Mario Land 2 Maker" but it would require a ROM, and motivation

What is with all of these requests?I don't think someone will make something just for someone. Yes, you can edit and create SMB levels. Look online for the SMB level editor. it works fine with FCEUMM. No need to make a homebrew app.

"Because I want to do it on a 3DS."
You could say the same for practically every homebrew on the 3DS. Why would one even play PS1 or GBA games on their 3DS when they can do it on their computers at full speed? Even better, why wouldn't they buy an actual PS1/GBA/whatever?
So, if people want to have that as a homebrew on their 3DS, let them be even if you don't see the point.
