We managed to (somewhat) port Undertale... but that's a more simple game. Smash Flash isn't near possible. Just buy Smash 3DS.
you mean the tech demo? that is NOT a port, it is a complete recode/remake.... so unless you can point me to the thread where this happened I'm calling BS
Well, the same thing would apply here - we'd likely need a complete remake of Smash Flash 2 to be able to play it on 3DS.
I though he was asking for a port of super street fighter 2 until I read the replies.

Excatly what I was thinking due to the fact that nobody here in Scotland calls it Super Street Fighter 2 It's always just SSF2I though he was asking for a port of super street fighter 2 until I read the replies.

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

But the number of (accidental) poisonings dropped because drinking an entire package of ibuprofen pills went from "I need a new liver" to "I need a new box of Ibuprofen".

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
