The thing is, since we already have good (but inacurrate) SNES emulation on Old3DS, can only SPC700 emulation code be implemented into a homebrew that has as it's main purpose play .spc music/sounds?

1: I didn't realized that I was in the Flashcards and Custom Firmwares section.
2: I know that it's pointless to make requests, but it's even more post impossible requests
