You'd be suprised how much is possible with an android device and an sd reader. Very few things throughout the process actually require a computer.

you would have to extract the save file and modify it with the save editor for smash in that case. however, currently the only one I know of is on PC, not android.

Install ES File Explorer, start MicroSD management, connect. It's pretty easy. Once homebrew is installed, you can just install an FTP client on Android.
