i would like to request someone make a tv remote app kind of like irshell for the psp but on 3ds

It doesn't exactly work like that. The IR is using a proprietary format for signals. Also I'm not even sure if we can access the IR blaster currently.

We have enough access to IR services but the IR chip uses a proprietary protocol that we can't use for the things we want to have (as olshrimpeyes pointed out).

I just remembered reading something about Ninjhax not having IR access.

Yeah, it doesn't have access to the ir service that the cpp is used with but to some lower commands. But these commands are still in the limit of the protocol.
