i know we have save editors but id like homebrew ar so i could just hold a button combination to cheat in some items quick if i don't want to have to turn my pc on to edit it

Kinda like a NTR plugin ? It could be possible but it doesn't exist if you are on <9.5 you can use the Spider exploit to use "ram-hacks".

If only NTR had an Enable/Disable menu , it would be pretty similar.

It has, or to be precise, you can code your plugins to have one. I wrote about 10 plugins for various games and it's very easy to use multiple button combos to activate certain cheats. An on-screen display should be possible as well.
