Homebrew [Request] GBATemp 3DS wiki page edit help

Hello, I am trying to edit this gbatemp wiki page. For the emulators section, under Console, the recently released PicoDrive for 3DS by bubble2k16 should get added. I can't seem to find the public option to edit or a way to create a login account to do this. Can either a Mod or someone who can do so? Thanks.
