what i mean by gba simulator is it works like gba vc but gba vc does not have cheats etc so id like a gba simulator that has cheats

what i mean is t uses arm 7 mode on 3ds to play gba games rather then emulate them you can do this with custom gba vc but no cheats so id like a moded gba vc or some thing that uses arm 7 mode

well its works like the nds wwherr you put the gba game into it and it had arm 7 mode the 3ds has that as wel

The 3DS does not have an ARM7 mode
Only ARM11 & ARM9
Yes the 3DS has GBA Firmware
Yes there is a GBA Emulator
I am not sure if it supports cheats
It works quite well on the New 3DS apparently

I doubt you'll be able to do much with AGB_Firm. It seems to be just too limited, similar to the 3DS's DS mode.

Well with TWL Loader you can load games from your sd card and run them using the DS mode, can that be possible with AGB_Firm?
