6th gen RNG'ing is still at very early levels.

Even if it's time based and you want to try it, you have two options: either it's based on the time when you start the game (seed by time, same thing as 4th gen), or it's based on actual timing within the game. For the first option, manually set the hours/minutes yourself, it should start them at 00 seconds; For the second option, use a stopwatch.
