Sure, its not like the browser is blocked by Nintendo or anything. Nope no way that happened.
I don't know about your browser but mine works just fine. I couldn't have guessed that your browser wasn't working as intended.

I guess you can convert one of those videos to the proper format and play it on the 3ds camera app.

So, my problem is that I've got a straight black line down my bottom screen, but when I play certain games and the image changes, it seems to have loaded those pixels and then it slowly dims. This repeats for any sudden change in the bottom screen. Would those be dead pixels?

Press A to change modes.
Solid colors are mainly to examine where the stuck pixels are, if any.

0 strobe RGB (pixel fixer)
1 solid White
2 solid Black
3 solid Red
4 solid Green
5 solid Blue
Press Start to exit app.
