well, even if you do that he can't see, edit or extract the game files, it's just some basic info about the isos so nothing worthwhile.

Visual Studio is free to download and evaluate and if cost of dev tools is really that much of a stop gap you could always build and run the code on Linux. That being said, this does not run Wii U games yet from what I can see.
