[Request] A remake of some images.

Hi! I was wondering if someone could remake the background and find out what font this image is in. I am currently making a project Diva fan site. I have tried my self but ended up in failure. What I want done in the orange and blue rounded rectangles without the images or text or music note symbols and I want to see if the font the used is a known font. Thank you guys!
