Homebrew [Request] 3DS-WiiU compatible Video chat

Hey there! I'm Sebastia, today I'd like to ask you guys if it would be possible to create a sort of clone of WiiU Chat and make it compatible with the 3DS as well. All what it uses is the camera, the touchscreen, microphone and Internet connection. The only hiccup with it is the server it must connect to and also it just be able to show your WiiU friends.

I really hope that is possible.

Bruh... Imagine a public pictochat for 3ds and Wii U users. All they have to make sure of is that they use the same server connection and make sure each room can hold 20-50 persons approximately

Well, the 3ds can do screen recording, and Homebrew is able to use the camera...
I don't know about Wii U, as I haven't seen any Homebrew use the camera.
And the Wi-Fi in the 3ds is crap...
Should be possible to do 3ds-3ds over local, pretty easily, but idk as I'm not a Homebrew dev.
But 3ds-3ds over Wi-Fi... Might have some framerate issues...

WiFi card in Wii U is well... bad. [Or awful in my opinion]
I don't think it's possible. [3DS runs different software than Wii U and only app on Wii U which uses both camera and microphone is Wii U Chat]
