Report: Youtube ads are as annoying as copyright claims on videos.

On topic: why should piracy be killing content? We pirate them because of their content. It's like robbing the Spaniards of their 100 pounds of gold. They find it: we steal it. (That sounded better in my head.)

I can agree that stripping the DRM from something that one has purchased is while technically illegal (although this varies depending on the country you are in), I personally don't see the problem in it. As long as you own the content in the first place. For example stripping DRM from a book so that you can put it on a different device (especially if the old format is no longer around or supported). Another example is USB loader on the Wii, you are just moving the content that you already own for better ease of use (or saving your Wii's DVD drive, which USB loading also does.

And Hop, if it isn't worth buying, then it isn't worth pirating either. ;)

Music these days deserves to be pirated with all the corporate auto tuning shills out there. It makes me sick seeing all these spoiled brats trying to act like they are the hot shit and that they understand what music is all about when they don't. Movies aren't even worth buying at full price since you only watch it once anyway right? I buy all my music on iTunes or vinyl, and I don't support these two bit posers who call themselves musicians while guys like me try to sell their songs independently.

One of the reason people pirate is conveniences. For example, in Bluray movie, who wants to sit around 5 to 10 minutes just to watch useless advertisements and warning?

I do. That's my favourite part of the movie.
