Replacing an Acekard

    I won a AK2 as a prize long time ago and it recently hasn't been working at all so I wanted to know can I just email Acekard Team and get a replacement or what? What can I do to get a new one?

    well i heard before that acekard replaces dead cards if the reseller refuses so since i don't know my reseller i thought i would contact them. does anyone have a definite answer or should i just go ahead and drop an email?

    Drop 'em an email, it can't hurt. They SHOULD be able to replace it, even if you did win it. It was still purchased at some point and should still be under whatever warranty it may have.

    I think the Acekard Team gives you a 1 Year Warranty on all AK Products. So it depends on how long its been since the contest. what seems to be the problem anyway?

    whenever i insert it in the DS it says "no DS game card is inserted". I tried the paper trick and everything and nothing works. I think it's damaged internally.
