Hardware Replacement 2DS question.

If I do a system transfer from a 3DS with over $200 worth of games on to a brand new 2DS bundled with Mario Kart 7 pre-installed, will I have my games AND Mario Kart 7? If not that's unfair...
PLEASE I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE SUNDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

to my knowledge youll have to re-download your games from the eshop though and saves stick too, but yes, youll have them

as long as the 3ds is the old one and not the new one then you wont have any issues. Hell even if you format the system with mk7 I think it will still come back as it's now a system title and not just a game title.

yeah that too. if your on
O3ds,o3dsxl
then youll be able to transfer no problem

if your on a n3ds, youll have to call nintendo to link it to the other console.
just note they refuse anyone with any of the exploitable dsi games on their nnid.

My Nintendo 3DS XL's right hinge broke clean off and the top screen no longer works. A 2DS is all I can afford
EDIT: I have no exploitable DSi games, and I have an O3DS anyway :/

MK7 is installed on the sd card it seems but you can download it from the eshop on a new card
