Hacking Removing half-installed CIA data from SD

Hello! I'm running a9lh and luma3ds on an O3DS. I was installing a CIA when FBI crashed, and now my available blocks is a smaller number than it was before. Where do I go to delete the half installed data? Thanks!

Install the game again, that should get rid of the temp data.
Anyway, I swear I saw a homebrew just a couple of days ago that did this exact thing, can't remember what the name was though.
